oral/injection preparation for poultry
INDICATION
• Coccidiosis (blood-stained droppings, weakness, soiled wings, ruffled feathers)
• Pullorum (whitish droppings, appear to be feeling cold)
• Coryza (cold, swollen face)
• Fowl cholera (greenish droopings, dyspnea, swelling of wattle and comb)
• CRD (snoring)
DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION
• Drinking water (for packing > 20 ml)
- Prevention:
3 ml per 1 liter of drinking water or 0.6 ml per kg of body weight. Administer to chickens starting at the age of 2 weeks by the 3-2-3 method, i.e.: 3 days of treated drinking water, 2 days of plain drinking water, and 3 days of treated drinking water - Treatment:
3 ml per 0.5 liter of drinking water or 1.2 ml per kg of body weight. Administer by the 3-2-3 method or for 5 consecutive days
• Injection (for packing 20 ml)
Administer once per day 0.4 ml per kg of body weight by intramuscular injection for 3-5 consecutive days
For chickens that are severely ill
Administer Sulfamix once a day by dropping carefully through the mouth onto the tongue with dose as follow :

Immediately followed by dropping a lot of drinking water
CAUTION
• Stop giving Sulfamix 3 days before poultry is slaughtered for human consumption
• Store in a tightly closed container, in a dry and cool place, protected from direct sunlight
