Diaquit

DIAQUIT is a powder preparation containing the prebiotic xylooligosaccharide, minerals and kaolin which is intended for treating diarrhea in livestock. Xylooligosaccharide works to reduce diarrhea by modifying the gastrointestinal ecosystem and reducing the colonization of pathogens/bad bacteria in the intestine. The mineral copper has a bacteriostatic effect to reduce the number of bad bacteria in the cecum and colon, and sodium functions to maintain the balance of body fluid volume and pH, especially when diarrhea occurs. Meanwhile, kaolin works by binding to toxic substances that cause diarrhea. DIAQUIT is effective to accelerate recovery from diarrhea and rehydrate body fluids lost due to diarrhea in livestock.
