Medion recently organized National Sales 2025 Meeting, this event is an important momentum to strengthen the synergy between marketing and sales teams. The event was held for three days 9 – 11 Januari 2025, it is a series of inspirational activities that combine learning, strategic discussions, and fellowship activities. National Sales 2025 Meeting with the theme “True Grit towards the Future”, was officially opened by Mr. Jonas and Mrs. Amalia, as well as Medion directors Hendra Purnama and Benny Sukianto. The warm welcome given at the opening reflected the enthusiasm and great expectations for the success of the event.

This event was attended by 237 participants, which consists of 217 field personnel from across Indonesia also 20 central management team members. The presence of all teams from various regions of Indonesia is one of the added values of this event, participants can exchange ideas and strengthen the spirit of collaboration. Taking place at Medion Cimareme, the activity began by inviting participants to see Medion's production process firsthand. This experience provided a deeper understanding of how each product is produced, as well as a reminder of the quality that the company always maintains.

Opening remarks from Mr. Jonas, Ms. Amalia, Hendra Purnama, & Benny Sukianto
After that, a strategy presentation by Medion's board of directors, Hendra Purnama and Benny Sukianto, was held. In this session, each region shared experiences and discussed together to develop strategies that would be implemented throughout the year. This moment became an event that not only discussed targets, but also shared ideas, strategies, and creative solutions to face various market challenges. “The condition of the livestock industry in 2024 is extraordinary. In this era of intense competition, a successful company must have the ability to create innovations that provide added value to customers.” said Hendra Purnama in front of all participants, he also emphasized to all field personnel teams to always be enthusiastic in competing and committed to providing the best service to customers.

Appointment District Assistant Manager (DAM)
The event was made even more memorable by the presence of District Assistant Manager (DAM) appointment, namely Suprapto, Sugiantoro and Candra who were led directly by Mr Jonas and Mrs Amalia. The atmosphere was full of pride as the DAMs received their new assignments to lead the teams in their respective regions.
On the second day, all participants participated in training guided by Coach Alguskha Nalendra a Professional Life Coach, Clinical Hypnotherapist & Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) at Hotel GAIA, Setiabudi on the second day. The training was designed to improve the skills of the sales team, both in terms of technique and mentality. With an interactive approach, participants were invited to explore their potential, while gaining new insights that can be applied in the field.

On the last day, participants were invited to travel to Tangkuban Perahu and Tebing Keraton, the trip was an iconic tourist destination in West Java with stunning natural beauty and panoramic views of the hills. This moment not only provided a refreshing experience, but also strengthened relationships between team members, strengthened intimacy, and fostered a sense of community.

The enthusiasm of the participants was evident throughout the event. Many of them expressed their gratitude and happiness to be able to gather with colleagues from all over Indonesia.
