From June 25 to 27, 2024, Medion hosted its 220th training program at the Medion Factory in Cimareme, Bandung. A total of 42 participants from various regions participated in this event. On the first day, the participants attended a session presented by Medion’s Technical Education & Consultant team, which focused on the development of Infectious Bronchitis (IB). The participants showed great enthusiasm as the topic was highly relevant to current field conditions. Additionally, they were given a plant tour of the Pharmaceutical Product (PP) and Plastic & Printing (P&P) production areas to directly observe the production process of Medion’s high-quality products from start to finish.
On the second day, participants had the opportunity to perform a direct chicken necropsy guided by Medion's expert team. They actively engaged in the practical session, asking numerous questions throughout. Later in the evening, participants enjoyed a night tour of Bandung, including shopping for souvenirs on Cihampelas Street and exploring the city.The training concluded on the third day with a visit to Tangkuban Perahu, where participants from diverse regions bonded over the shared experience of enjoying the natural beauty of the site.
Through Medion's training program, participants are expected to gain a comprehensive understanding of proper poultry management practices.
