Coinciding with International Women's Day on March 8, 2023, Medion together with PT Cisarua Mountain Dairy Tbk or commonly known as Cimory collaborated to hold a seminar. Cimory is a producer of protein-based packaged food and beverage products in Indonesia. The purpose of this seminar is to improve the quality of cattle breeders, especially empowering the wives of breeders through Cimory's program, namely "1000 Srikandi Peternak Indonesia".
The seminar was held in Medion Cimareme, Padalarang, Bandung, raising the topic of handling the impact of FMD (Foot & Mouth Disease) and LSD. (Lumpy Skin Disease). The material was delivered by drh. Astuti Cipardani and Danastri Cintya, S.Pt as Technical Education & Consultation Medion. The seminar began with a presentation of material divided into two sessions, followed by a question and answer session and continued with a plant tour Medion Cimareme.
One of the participants, Taryat, said that as a husband, he became educated to play a role in increasing the empowerment of female farmers (wives) and according to him, educational activities like this need to be carried out continuously because the material presented is very good and motivating. Through this seminar, Medion hopes that participants can disseminate the information and knowledge obtained to farmers and other related units such as cooperatives.
