Medion received an inspection visit for Good Manufacturing Practices for Animal Drugs (CPOHB) from the Directorate of Animal Health of the Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture. This activity aims to review the factory's eligibility and suitability standards in implementing the principles Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) untuk obat hewan.
On July 14-16, 2021, a team of 4 CPOHB auditors from the Directorate General of PKH came to the Medion factory in Cimareme, Padalarang, Bandung. They were Drh. Ni Made Ria Isriyanthi, Ph.D, Apt. Drs. Soeryadi Hardjopangarso, MM., Dr. Drh. Ketut Karuni N Natih, M.Si, and Apt. Dameria Melany EP, M.Sc. The inspection begins with an introduction and presentation Company Profile Medion, then continued with a plant tour and discussion of findings in the field. Peninjauan ini dilihat dari berbagai ruang lingkup seperti sediaan biologik, farmasetik, premiks, obat alami (herbal), dan insektisida.
This inspection visit not only provides a review of quality standards, but also provides Medion with the provision to optimize its potential. Medion as a strong and quality multinational company has the principle of being open to various inputs so that its products continue to experience sustainable development and are able to compete more widely in the national and international markets.
