Located at Hotel Santika Bukittinggi, West Sumatra on March 2-3, 2024, Medion shared at a Family Business Seminar for its customers and was attended by livestock entrepreneurs and their families.
Background that becomes an obstacle in the development of Family Business. One of them is the gap in switching from 1st Generation to 2nd Generation and how to manage human resources better. The presentation of the material was delivered by Peter Yan as Commissioner of Medion. In the first session, the participants were given a workshop on “Constraints / GAP and Expectations as 1st and 2nd Generation”. Then the second session was about “Business Timeline, Family Genogram, Value, & Business Goal”. In addition, there is also material on “How Business Goals” and “How to Maintain Business Existence”. The positive response and enthusiasm of participants were clearly seen in listening or giving questions related to the material discussed.
In addition to providing material that is full of knowledge and applicative. On the second day, Medion also invited the participants to enjoy entertainment activities.
