It is Medion's commitment to regularly provide education to improve the quality of education in the country, especially in the world of animal husbandry. It is not an easy thing to make it happen, but with enthusiasm and consistency, Medion was finally able to hold another Education and Training program. on site post-pandemic.
The 216th Medion training was held on June 13-15, 2023 at the Medion factory, Cimareme, Padalarang, Bandung. The event was attended by 68 participants consisting of owners farm, poultry shop, manager farm, plasma and Field Extension Officers (PPL) from various regions in Indonesia. For three days, participants were presented with material relevant to the situation in the field such as the application of biosecurity, Avian Influenza (AI) updates, chicken management layer and broiler, Necrotic Enteritis (NE) and coccidiosis as well as cage introduction closed house. On this occasion, briefings were also provided for farmers who were just starting their business or continuing their family business.
In addition, self-development material on ”The Power of Positive Thinking“. Then, participants followed a plant tour. The next day participants were also invited to travel to enjoy the beauty of Bandung and Mount Tangkuban Perahu.
With Medion's training, participants are expected to understand and be able to apply good and correct chicken rearing methods. Medion is not only a company that provides products but also provides services through updated and quality education so that it can provide added value to all stakeholders.
