Bali is one of the regions in Indonesia that is most visited by tourists because of its natural and cultural beauty. No wonder Medion chose Bali as the destination of Medion Wisata 2023. In 2017, Bali was already a location for Medion Wisata. But this time it is more special, because it offers a new and more interesting experience plus after the previous vacuum due to the pandemic.
Medion Wisata is a routine program organized by Medion in order to travel and establish friendship with customers. A total of 289 participants from all over Indonesia participated in Medion Wisata Bali 2023 which was held on May 28 - June 1, 2023. This time, the theme “Treasure of Bali” with the tagline “Punapi Gatra” and answered ‘Tiang Becik Becik’ by the participants, which means in Balinese What's up and answered Baik Baik / Good News. The meaning of the theme is outlined in a series of Bali Tourism Medion 2023 events that will be held in Bali.explore Bali more deeply, feeling the exotic natural beauty, the warmth of togetherness, the uniqueness of culture and the culinary delights of Bali.
At the beginning of their arrival, participants were welcomed with hospitality activities that were packaged in the event Gala Dinner and Opening Ceremony Medion Wisata Bali 2023. The beating of the gong by Jonas Jahja and Amalia Jonas as Medion’s founders Medion symbolized the opening of the event. In addition, there was also a birthday celebration of 20 customers and 2 Medion teams who participated in Medion Wisata Bali 2023. There were two tour routes offered, namely Adventure and Leisure.
For Tourist routes Adventure, starting with boarding Nusa Penida Harbor using fast boat. Then, visit Maruti Beach, Angel Billabong and Broken Beach. Then continue to enjoy the beauty and rides at Kelingking Beach and Maruti Beach Club. For participants who want to play snorkelling, can participate in activities at Sunset Point and Wallbay. Participants were also invited to see sunset at Sanur Harbor and enjoyed dinner at Warung Laota. The participants were also invited to try a new game, namely ATV Green Bali in Ubud, enjoy a Balinese lunch at Resto Taman Dedari. Then, pamper themselves with a warm bath at Toya Devasya and close the day with dinner at Resto Bale Udang Mang Engking.
Another case with tourist routes Leisure, Participants were invited to enjoy the view of one of Bali's famous tourist attractions, Tanah Lot. Then, shopping at Krisna By Pass as the largest souvenir center in Bali which provides a variety of typical products and enjoy lunch at Berlin Gastro. While enjoying the beauty of white sand and sunset at Melasti beach, participants also watched Kecak Dance performance at Uluwatu Temple and closed the day with dinner at Warung Bejana. Participants were also offered a new experience, namely taking part in the VW Tour Ubud with the Tegalalang and Kemenuh Butterfly Park routes.
On the 4th day, all participants visited the Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK) Cultural Park area and enjoyed venue Lotus Pond which was used during the G20 Summit in Bali. Still in the same area, participants were served lunch with the theme of Indonesia and Asia, precisely at Jendela Bali. Then continued shopping at The Basket Bali. On the 5th day, the participants got ready to return to their respective regions. The event was even more lively with a photo contest with the theme “Adventuring in Medion Wisata Bali” in order to capture exciting moments while traveling in Bali, culinary moments in Bali, and togetherness while in Medion Wisata Bali 2023.
The participants really appreciated the Medion Wisata Bali 2023 event. One of them was conveyed by Dr. Liana Lie from Jombang Regency from Indosatwa PS. “This is my first time participating in Medion Wisata, but I have been given first impression by Medion. My favorite moment was during the trip because on the bus, all the tour participants sang together. Through this activity, I got new contacts from other regions, both breeders and farmers. poultry shop. So, from me everything is satisfactory and good. Looking forward to the next Medion tour.”
