In line with Medion Care's core value of Continuous Learning, Medion held its first TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Convention Convention in 2023. This event served as a platform to honor the TPM Pilot Team who successfully implemented various areas within their respective Sub Business Units/Legal Entities..
The event featured four award categories: Diamond, Platinum, Silver, and Gold. The program consisted of two main segments. First, participants presented the results of their projects which had been executed during a specified period. These participants represented six TPM Pilot Team from different Sub Business UnitFollowing the presentations, a panel of judges evaluated the projects. The judges included top management representatives from Medion—Yirhan Sim, Toto Winata, Elvina Jahja, Arief, and Darmawan Subekti—along with external trainer and consultant Dudung Duhara..
Project Improvement at the TPM Convention-2 were carried out between May 2023 and March 2024. The efforts of the TPM Pilot Team yielded results that were 2.7 times better than previous benchmarks. These improvements had a significant impact across three key areas : business operations, processes, and personnel development. This event reflects Medion's commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement. It is hoped that such initiatives will not only become ingrained in Medion’s corporate culture but also evolve into sustainable programs across the organization.
