Medion is committed to actively contributing to the advancement of education, one of which is through the Medion Educational Equipment Grant with SMKN 5 Pangalengan, which was inaugurated through the signing of a Cooperation Agreement on April 22nd 2024 at the Hall of SMKN 5 Pangalengan.
Medion provides educational equipment in the form of Laptop, CPU, and LCD Projector to support the process of teaching and learning activities in school. The activity started with remarks from Dra. Kurniati Nurlia’s grandson as the Principal of SMK Negeri 5 Pangalengan. She said that the equipment provided was very useful in supporting the teaching and learning process for both teachers and students. Furthermore as of now, the majority of learning still uses whiteboards, so that this equipment makes teaching and learning activities more effective and efficient.
The event finished with the signing of the Cooperation and the symbolic handover of educational equipment by Alia Samsiah, HRD Assistant Manager of Medion to the school. And after that, the participants were also welcomed to test the installation and use of one of the educational equipment.
The activity, which was attended by 25 participants, also presented one of the alumni of SMKN 5 Pengalengan, namely Muhamad Zam Zam Multazam who is the Vaccinator Coordinator at Medion, to share his work experience while in Medion. Hopefully the collaboration with SMKN 5 Pengalengan can continue to be well established and can provide benefits to the world of education, industry, and the wider community.
