Therefore, on October 28, 2021, Peter Yan as Medion Commissioner, was invited to be a speaker for studium generale event at Atmajaya University. The event, which was attended by lecturers of management study programs and other participants, carried the theme “How to Survive in Pandemic Area”. This is part of the “Kampus Merdeka Program”, where academics can learn directly from business leaders.
The event was held online through zoom application, where Peter Yan shared some tips to survive in this difficult situation. He revealed that planning and being adaptive to every situation are very important. Peter also said that Medion as a company, tries as much as possible to embrace and motivate its employees to be loyal and active in working, so that it becomes one of the keys to success.
