INDICATION
To eliminate roundworms in cow, swine, horse, sheep, goat and poultry
DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION
Administered via drinking water or feed
| Livestock | Dosage and Administration |
| Cow, horse | 20 grams per 100 kg of body weight |
| Swine | 3 grams per 10 kg of body weight |
| Sheep, goat | 5 grams per 10 kg of body weight |
| Poultry | 4-6 weeks old: 10 grams per 1 liter of drinking water or 10 grams per 0.5 kg of feed for 30 chickens Above 6 weeks old: 10-20 grams per 2 liters of drinking water or 10-20 grams per 1 kg of feed for 30 chickens |
To swine, give one week after weaning and every 30 days thereafter
CAUTION
• Treated drinking water must be consumed completely within 8-12 hours
• Do not give additional feed if the treated feed has not been consumed completely
• Stop giving Vermizyn SBK 5 days before livestock is slaughtered for human consumption
• Store in a tightly closed container, in a dry and cool place, protected from direct sunlight
